Dafgårds is in a growth phase and several investments are being made in new production lines so that we can continue to grow in the future. The kitchen in Källby is never idle, and with the company's success comes the need for more skilled employees.

Job Responsibilities

Working in our production means an exciting and varied job with many different challenges. The various roles include ensuring daily operations, product quality, addressing minor urgent issues, and preventive maintenance. You will also be involved in driving and developing improvement work on the production lines from raw material to finished product.

Qualifications and Attributes

We prefer that you have previous experience in a similar role. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is used to working independently and in a team, as well as someone who can take their own initiative. You must have good communication and social skills, but also be flexible. As a person, you are also very handy, quick, and meticulous, but also receptive to instructions and directives.

We are now looking for employees for both weekend shifts and weekdays, and you can specify in your application which working hours/shifts you can work.
